Credit Cards and Cash Accepted. No Checks please. All Credit Cards are processed by Wireless Remote Terminal on site.
The inspection fees vary slightly depending on the size and age of the house.
Standard real estate Home Inspection Fees:
Homes up to 2000 sq ft $250.00
Homes up to 3000 sq ft $300.00
Any homes above 3000 sq ft, an additional $.10 per square foot is added to the 3000 sq ft price.
Any homes above 5000 sq ft please call for a price quote.
All Pier and Beam homes add $50.00 to the sq ft price.

OTHER SERVICES
A Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) inspection is performed by a local licensed pest control company. NORTH TEXAS QUALITY INSPECTIONS contracts this company at the clients request, and receives no profit for these services. Cost usually run between $60 to $100. All communication and arrangements are provided by NORTH TEXAS QUALITY INSPECTIONS.
Optional system inspections are performed upon request from the client, and are not included in a standard real estate inspection as defined by the TREC Standards of Practice. Optional system fees are as follows:
Lawn Sprinklers - $25.00
Outbuildings - $50.00
Swimming Pools - call
Septic Systems - call
