…when choosing NORTH TEXAS QUALITY INSPECTIONS

The Company...

1. I am currently a member of the TAREI (Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors)
2. I am not involved in any other business. In accordance with the ASHI® Standards of Practice, I do not participate in any referral or construction related activities. It represents a conflict of interest.

3. Yes, I do carry Errors & Omissions insurance.

4. I always encourage buyers to attend the inspection. Buyers that attend have a better understanding of the property as viewed by the inspector and are better able to read and interpret the final report. The buyer's attendance also helps them understand the scope of a home inspection as well as the limitations.

5. An inspection can usually be scheduled within one or two days.

6. A typical inspection of a 2400 square foot house will take roughly 2.5 hours.

7. I accept MC, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

The Inspector...

I have performed many inspections, and feel confident that I can provide you with the expertise you need in order to be confident about your home buying or selling decision.

2. I am currently a member of the Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors. You can learn more about the organization here.

The Report...

3. Yes, I prepare an extensive written report that generally runs 10-15 pages. Included is a Report Overview that will let you quickly review the recommended improvements to the home. 4. The report is computer generated on-site. Each report also includes full color photos, and when necessary, diagrams to help visualize the subject. There are no sloppy hand-written checklists! And you don't have to wait for the report.
